From the free consult to the finished closet in about a week — the real timeline step by step, and how to prepare.
One of the first questions we hear is how long the whole thing takes. Because we design, cut and install with our own team, the answer is short: about a week from approved design to finished closet, with the installation itself done in a single day.
The timeline, step by step
- Day 0 — Free consult. We measure the space at your home and talk through how you use it.
- Day 1–2 — 3D design + firm quote. You see the finished closet before anything is built.
- Day 3–6 — Built in-house. Every panel is cut to your walls in our Central Florida workshop.
- Day 7 — One-day install. Floors protected, dust contained, walk-through before we leave.
Why the install takes one day
Everything arrives pre-cut, pre-drilled and labeled. On site the crew is assembling and leveling, not fabricating — which is why most reach-ins are done before lunch and most walk-ins by late afternoon.
How to prepare
Empty the closet the night before and clear a path to the room. That is it. We handle removal of the old wire shelving, patching and cleanup.
